• Is it the same every time?

No — every scoop is different. Categories repeat, items rotate.

• Can I request something specific?

Every scoop is a surprise — beads are pulled at random! Leave us a note about what you love, and we’ll try to sprinkle a little of that magic into your order.

• What if I get a duplicate?

Duplicates are possible, but we try to vary where we can — and duplicates are often items you can trade, gift, or use again.

• Are scoops kid-friendly?

Yes! Our Kids Edition scoops are designed for ages 5–12 and curated to be fun, creative, and age-appropriate.

• Do you accept returns?

Because it’s a mystery product, all sales are final (unless damaged in transit).

• How often do drops happen?

Weekly or biweekly depending on inventory — join the list to get first access.

• Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final.  Our Mystery Drip Scoops are packed and processed quickly, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once placed.

• My order was returned to sender.

This can happen if:

• The shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout

• The package was not collected from your local post office in time

If your package is returned to us:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• A new shipping label must be purchased before the package can be resent.

We will notify you by email if your package is returned to our facility.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order to avoid delays.
