What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled experience, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, your booking will be forfeited.
Because The Drip Experience is a mobile service, materials are prepped specifically for each event. We appreciate your understanding.
Are You a Storefront?
The Drip Experience is a fully mobile creative studio.
We do not operate from a brick-and-mortar location.
All candle experiences are hosted at:
• Private events
• Pop-ups
• Booked venues
• Client-selected locations
What Are the Candles Made Of?
Our candles are made with coconut soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils.
Our fragrance oils are:
• FDA-approved
• Cruelty-free
• Skin-safe
Do the Candles Have Fragrance? Can I Make One Without It?
Yes. We offer a wide variety of fragrances to choose from.
If you prefer no fragrance, that’s completely fine. Your candle is fully customizable.
How Much Is the Experience and What’s Included?
The candle-making experience is $45 per person.
Your booking includes:
• All materials
• Your vessel of choice
• Fragrance selection
• Guided instruction
• One finished candle to take home
What Do I Need to Bring?
For private events or ticketed pop-ups, please bring:
• A valid ID matching your reservation name
Acceptable forms:
Driver’s license, student ID, passport, or a credit card matching the reservation name.
How Large Are Classes and How Long Do They Last?
Class sizes vary depending on the event type.
• Public events: typically up to 16 guests
• Private events: customizable
The experience lasts approximately 45–60 minutes.
Candles require an additional 30–45 minutes to set before transport.
Do I Need a Reservation?
Yes. Reservations are required for all experiences.
Because we are mobile, materials are prepped specifically for confirmed bookings.
Can I Bring Food or Drinks?
For public events, outside food is not permitted unless specified by the venue.
For private bookings, food and beverages are allowed at the host’s discretion.
Is There a Minimum or Maximum Booking Requirement?
There is no minimum to book a public ticketed experience.
For private events:
• Minimum guest count may apply depending on location.
• Maximum capacity depends on the venue space.

What If I Can’t Wait for My Candle to Fully Set?
If needed, we can:
• Package your candle carefully for transport
• Arrange a scheduled pickup within 30 days
Because we are mobile, pickup options will be coordinated directly with you.
Can I Refill a Candle From a Past Visit?
Yes.
Bring back your vessel and receive:
• 20% off another class booking
OR
• A refill for $25 (fragrance of your choice)
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We are a cashless business.
We accept:
• Credit cards
• Debit cards
We recommend booking online in advance to secure your spot.
How Big Are the Candles?
Our candles are:
• Two-wick
• Approximately 12 oz
• Around 60 hours of burn time
Is This Experience Good for Kids?
We recommend ages 10 and up.
All participants under 18 must have a parent/ guardian signature.
